This policy explains what we collect on rentology.in, why, and your choices. Rentology is operated from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.

What we collect

Our enquiry form has two steps. When you tap Continue after the first step, we save your name, mobile number and area, even if you do not finish the second step. In the second step you choose to share more details, such as home type, budget or expected rent, who will stay, and your move-in date or the date the home is available (including an exact date if you pick one). On a call, our team may also note your work, family and requirements, so we can match you with suitable homes or tenants. If you ask for Packers & Movers or Interior, we collect the details you enter in that request, such as the state and city you are moving from and to, your move date and any note you write. If you apply to work with us, we collect your name, firm name, mobile number, experience and areas. If you ask to be notified about our app, we collect your mobile number. We also record basic source details, such as which ad or page brought you here, so we know which channels work.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you by call or WhatsApp, to assign a Rental Partner or an advisor, to find suitable homes, tenants or partners, to tell you when the app launches, and to improve our service. If you leave after the first step, we may still contact you to ask if you need help. We do not sell your number.

Who can see it

Your details are visible to the Rentology team. We share your contact details with an owner, tenant or service partner only when needed for the service you asked for. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google (Sheets, email and optional analytics), Microsoft Clarity if enabled (to see how the site is used) and, if we run ads, Meta. Each follows its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, to measure visits and ad performance. These tools may set cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@rentology.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 62686 38748.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
